Hi all,
I have just been made out to be a w****r for buying the wrong car. It is a 2.0 litre TDi S-line [140 bhp]. Its got full audi service history, and 40k miles on it.
I have been told that before it reaches 100k miles the oil pump is going to give way and destroy my engine and will cost about 2 grand to fix. Bit disheartened if that is true but the guy that told me is a Vauxhall astra enthusiast, so you never know..
Just wanted to check. With the engine in mine, what other reliability issues should i look at?
Cheers, Kev.
