What is the best product to use when finishing a paint repair to blend in the colour after lacquering?

I just had door sprayed and would like to restorate original paint on the wing as I looks a little bit older/lighter. Not sure what exactly I need...but probably polish or wax ...

Polish if you're trying to restore the paint. It might be "dulled" due very light scratches. It'll be hard work if doing it by hand.

Might be worth taking it back to the bodyshop and asking them to run the mop over it.

Have the bodyshop definitley got the right colour?

If they havent blown in to the wing there is a good chance the colour will be different as silvers/greys are probably the worst colours to match panel to panel with out blowing in to the surrounding panels

As above its very hard and the worst colour to spray, if you know how you could flat said door with 2000 wet&dry sandpaper then buff it bk up with a mop otherwise it might need spraying to blend in.
