Is it possible to fit a spilt folding rear seat to a fixed type rear seat in my 2004 A4 saloon??

They were a ?150 extra at the time. Grrrr. I'd say you could replace but it would be alot of hassle. Easiest way would be to change the rear seat and rear boot area - ie the part where latch fixes too. I think rear folding seats are rare enough.

I sawone in Black leather like mine for £80 on ebay last week hence why I was asking?

I'm sure like you say itsjust a matter of getting the correct latch fixes from Audi and fitting them in?? maybe thats far too easy?

I can hear the A team music already as welders fire up! I'm really not sure, I can check it it though on the laptop later.

You really can't. The bit your bum sits on - pull it up suddenly and hard, then pull up your read headrests all the way out. Then tilt your rear backrests out to reveal... a metal bulkhead! Such a shame as I'd love to. On mine (is it the same on yours?) a 3-point rear centre seat belt was only available with folding rear seats.

If you manage to do it, or want to have a go, let me know and I'll come and give you a hand... then you can help me do it on mine!

(What kind of manufacturer doesn't have folding rear seats as standard!)
