Nah, it's all just 3M sticky stuff. Get it nice and warm with a hairdryer/heat gun first. Get rid of all the glue carefully - I use a fingernail! The give the area a good clean and a polish.

EDIT: Though be careful as underneath the rear VW badge on a MkIV Golf there's a circular recess - not sure if the Audis have anything similar. Just worth checking out first.

Nope just a sticky job. Will need a bit of polish as the paint behind the sticker will be slightly different to the exposed

mot card did the trick ghetting the badges off.

then tar and glue remover got most of the glue off.

one of the mobile paint guys our company use was on site and kindly buffed the areas and also got rid of a couple of scratches on the bonnet and rear wing.

well chuffed now.

man used dental floss on mine and it broke, ended up havin to use my nails, christ it hurt like hell then spent forever getting the glue off the back , seemed the tar and glue remover just wouldnt shift it. was at it for ages, glad i done it though looks far better now

my missus isnt impressed though, she spat her dummy out because ive taken them off
