over from the sister side Mk4 uk

I posted this over the other side but can anyone help here

Son's 2000 S4 front suspension is creaking on the nearside when wheel is turned either way - sounds really bad - but we can't figure out which one of the many bushes/joints is the culpret - seems to be the horseshoe looking droplink but we soaked it in WD40 and spray grease but it still creaking - anyone had this and can point us in the right direction? We don't want to start one end and end up changing every bush/joint until we find the right one!

All Quite on the Nearside Front. Marvellous - was the bottom ball joints. Garage charged 1 & 1/2 hours (£45) so he's well happy - Total cost £125 quid which is not bad for a repair on a S4!
