Ipod Connector for symphony

has anyone heard of a GROM Interface adapter. Is this the correct Ipod adapter for the symphony it has included AUDS harness
for non-prewired Audi Symphony so hoping it is the one I need. If anyone has any info I would appreciate the feedback/
