just wondering due to high milage how easy it is to remove injectors to get them serviced ?

on a 2.0ltr tdi 05 plate

They arent that easy to get off to be honest. prob 1.5 - 2hrs getting them out. Id put some redex through to clean them.

lol

saying that i had mine removed in 20 mins only to find there scored and so are there bores .

removing them is easy setting them back up is a longer job . i heard could be wrong though that only bosch have the equipment to service them

id leave them if they are performing ok, there isnt a set time or maintenance routine for injectors. unless there is a problem?

Few runs of injector cleaner though them..i use millers too in every tank

can any one confirm that all a3 2.0ltr tdi (bkd) INJECTORS are the same as im trying to sorce a set and have been told that if its a bkd engine code they will be the same.....mines a 54 plate and found a set on and 54 plate and an 2008 plate...

The injectors have part number on them. I'm not sure if they all had same injectors. Dealer could tell u part number from chasis number
