Mine doesn't work... when the headlights are on, the backlight lights up, but it doesn't charge when you put a sat nav in and the lighter thing does't work either.

I assume the fuse is fine as the backlight is on. Any ideas what else to check? Also, how do you take it out? Does it just pop out like most Audi trim?!

The lighting and power to the ciggy lighter are two separate power feeds.

Check the fuse to start with.

Thanks, will do. I don't ever seem to get time to mess with my car nowadays! Am I looking at the dash fues (box) or the one inside the cigarette lighter?
